Calf Raise

Difficulty :  Beginner

Adjust the weight to the appropriate level before beginning. Adjust the seat and the pad so the legs are straight out in front and slightly below the hips. With the ball of the foot on the platform, press through the toes as far as possible, keeping legs straight. Slowly return to the starting position.
