Rosacea is an adult chronic skin condition wherein there are red areas of inflammation on cheeks, nose, forehead and/or chin. The redness occurs as the blood vessels in the area expand sometimes accompanied by bumps similar to pimples. Those that suffer from it notice that it comes and goes and seems to be triggered by things like outside exposure, stress, exercise, and alcohol. People with fair skin seem to be more susceptible. If left untreated rosacea will continue to worsen.
Also consider: Lavender
Since this may be either autoimmune or infectious so consider both. Cleanses would be most important for autoimmune, Topical Blend or other antibiotic oils for an infectious disorder.
Cleansing mild: 2 tablets daily of Detoxification Blend Detoxification Complex with 5 drops of Detoxification Blend blend in a capsule daily.
Cleansing aggressive: GX Assist cleanse with PB Assist (gastrointestinal cleanse) coupled with the Detoxification Blend (adds the skin, lungs, liver, kidneys). Some find the GX Assist cleanse eliminates toxins so rapidly that it stresses the skin. If so consider just the Detoxification Blend cleanse above or reduce the GX Assist to 1 or 2 capsule per day.
• Topical Blend: DoTerra Topical Blend blend applied morning and night topically to the area.
• Self Made: For a blend you may make yourself the following has proven successful:
• 20 drops Helichrysum
• 20 drops Frankincense
• 20 drops Sandalwood
• 5 drops Rosemary
• 60 drops Fractionated Coconut Oil (or regular coconut oil, or grapeseed oil)
Put this in a glass spray bottle, gently mix, spray on hands, apply to face. Do twice a day, and eat right!!
Eat Right: Proper diet is also recommended. Use the Life Long Vitality supplements. Avoid sun light, spicy foods, and other triggers.
